    Hi,
    I renewed a subscription today. It was way past due. However, it should have me covered since I read it now runs 12 rather than 6 months. Anyway, I am still getting a notice that my membership is expired and I will need to renew it, thus keeping me from downloading the update, etc. Can you tell me how long it will take to process my payment so my membership can continue?
