What Are the Minimum Requirements For WebCards?

WebCards requires PHP 5 and MySQL 4.1. We would recommend PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0 to make the best use of all available features.

Addtionally, your PHP installation must support GD2 to generate thumbnails and you need to be able to send email.

Emails Are Not Being Sent Or Received Properly

If emails don't seem to be sent or received firstly check the email logs in the admin centre to see what records exist (for details see the Email Logs Documentation).

If an email has been sent, give it a few more minutes to arrive. Internet traffic or server downtime can sometimes delay the sending of emails.

Next, check the spam or bulk mail box of the recipient.

Try sending a test email to the administrator. Login to your admin centre and click on the "Email Options". Then click the "Test Email Functions" button. If this email is sent successfully then the problem is on the recipients end.

You should take card when sending any WebCards to your own email address. Some email providers will block emails that have the same sender and recipient email address.

All I See Is A Blank White Screen. What Should I Do?

A blank white screen suggests an error or corruption within the code that has been uploaded. First of all try re-uploading all the WebCards files. If this doesn't fix the error please submit a support ticket via the Members Area.

How Do I Customise My WebCards Installation?

WebCards is a "white label" product. This means that you can completely rebrand it as your own.
