I've done a fresh install of this and my categories aren't showing up at all. I have all categories, and when I click on it I get a 404 error page. I have two main categories with subcategories after that. Any idea? The only thing I kept from the last version was my CSS file - did that change that drastically that I would need to redo it? When I click all categories, I get this: %7B%7Bb_link%7D%7D

edit: Okay, I take that back. I reuploaded EVERYTHING. I deleted my customized files and uploaded new ones and it didn't do anything for the categories. Now I don't see All Categories even. Nada. I changed back my custom files and I'm not sure what's going on.

Here are the steps you should take:

    1. Upgrade to the latest version if WebCards (2.2). It is available in your Member Centre. Ensure you backup your database before upgrading.

    2. Login to your admin centre scroll down to the bottom of the menu and click "Manage Caches." The click "Rebuild Cache" next to Category List.

    3. Disable friendly URLs and refresh your homepage.

Let me know if this works or not, and if not then can you please send me the URL for me to check out.

It did not work. I'm going to try and overwrite some more files. I did a complete fresh install this morning instead of upgrading as I had lost my admin password so I figured it was just easier.

Here is one more thing to try.

Check the chmod value of the file cache/cat-list.cache and ensure it is writeable (0666, or 0777 if necessary). After each step ensure you update your template cache.

It's actually a pretty good new feature that I have introduced. The cache is renewed automatically every time you make any changes to the categories, save the configuration or whenever the task manager is executed.

All I need to do is raise awareness of the new feature.
