I just updated to the new version, and I'm broken hearted... I still cannot set prices for my cards in Paypal or any where in the site. I can not send the cards directly to the recepient. I don't understand the use of new event calendar, and I certainly don't see the point or understand the point of connecting to FaceBook. I don't mean to be critical, but I don't see any of the features we requested in this version. Can someone help me here. Am I the only one who is in limbo?

On my latest version i can set the cost of either new cards or edit my existing cards. As for the rest, i will leave it to the boss to answer. Facebook is a great way to attract users to your site, more visitors more money, or for me just more facebook friends LOL

I appreciate you taking the time to post some feedback, and I am sorry that you are disappointed.

All of the features in the latest version have been requested at some time or another. I am not the sort of person who just adds in features for the sake of it.

The Facebook integration is designed to increase participation. In fact Facebook's research claims it can increase your registrations by up to 30%.

We are still working with the concept of credits rather than currency in this version, but you are able to set the number of credits that each image costs to send. I am not sure if you were aware of this.

The events calendar has been requested many times by quite a few people. Perhaps putting it as default into the new template wasn't a good idea, but it is easy enough to remove it. I can help you with this if you wish.

Sending the cards directly to the user is presenting many problems, but I am still working on it. The main setback is that you can only send an image and text, no audio or Flash files. But this should still become a feature in the future.

The different methods of charging people for sending cards will be the main focus for the next release, this I can promise you.

Once again, thanks for the comments. I appreciate the negative feedback as much as the positive.

Thank you for the response. I'm sorry if I was rude, I did not mean to be. I had been holding my breath and got carried away. LOL. And in reviewing all the post in the forum, I did find that every thing in the new version had been requested, even before my requests, so again, I apologize. You have always been very responsive to our needs, Chris, so I should have known better.

I will check the program again and all my options. About sending the cards directly and not being able to use sound... I thought that would work like OE Stationery and Incredimail? Please forgive my ignorance. But I have faith in you. I kow you can do it. I'll just wait patiently for you to figure out. You have until tomorrow morning to do it! LOL. Just kidding.

    Have a great day.

Oh, please, one more thing. Can someone write a post explaining how to use all these features. I'm mentally challenge and it will take me forever to figure it out.

There was a blog post a little while ago about how to use the events calendar. I have also fully updated the documentation for the new version.

If you can let me know any particular areas that need more focus just let me know.
