This is a great program. I have a question, though: I want to offer free cards on my site, but can't figure out how to do it. I set the default cost of each card to 0 and also the individual cost of each card to 0, but every time I send a card it costs 1 credit. What do I have to do to get the cost per card to 0 credits? I'm using version 2.4.
Thanks.

This obviously shouldn't be the case. Can you post or send me a URL?

Let me know if you need anything else.I currently have the site set up to require registrations, but I'm not charging for the cards.
Thanks for the quick response.

I'd like to charge for a few of my cards, but send the rest for free. Right now, the only way I can set it so my users don't get charged, is to turn off the PayPal setting. That does me no good, though, because I would like to charge for one or two of my cards.
My URL and e-mails are posted above.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

What is it you are seeing that makes you think credits are being removed? When I signed up for an account at your site I was given unlimited credits so I wasn't able to see them decreasing.

I have been the "Buy extra credits with PayPal" feature disabled. That was the only way I could stop the following from happening.
If I enable the "buy extra credits with PayPal" feature, the following happens: I go in and look at my account. It says I have 99 credits left. I go out and chose a free card to send. I fill out all the information and send the card. I go back and look again at my account, and it shows I have 98 credits left.
The default cost of the cards is 0.
The individual cost of the cards is 0.
The only way I have been able to stop the cards from costing 1 credit is to disable the "buy more credits with PayPal" feature.I have changed the settings so that the PayPal feature is enabled. If you log in now and send a card, it will cost you 1 credit. I'll leave the site set this way so you can see it happen.

There are a few things I need to take a look at as this is working properly on any setup I try.
Can you email me or submit a support request from your member centre?
