   I uploaded two different swf. ecards and neither generated a thumbnail. Do I have to format a thumbnail and upload it separately for swf. ?

   It will not generate a thumbnail for a swf. file, you have to put the dimensions for a thumbnail yourself i believe under "Image and Thumb Dimensions. These are optional and are only required when displaying images such as Macromedia Flash and Shockwave files, where the width and height attributes are required to display the image properly. "

   Thanks for your reply. Let me see if I understand.

   When I go to Send a Card - the place where my customers will send a card from, the swf. thumbnail images show up as a black rectangle. So, does that mean I have to create and upload a separate thumbnail for the swf files?

   The system will try to generate a thumbnail if you ask it to, but it won't be able to for an swf file.

   You need to upload the swf for the main image and set the dimensions. You then need to upload the same swf file for the thumbnail and give it the appropriate dimensions to make it the correct size.

   You will have to delete the one that you uploaded before.

   Let me know if you need any more help with this.
