   (this may be actually different because I changed it fast and then thought I should report it)

   should be (administrator is misspelled):

   Sorry!

   Your IP address has been banned by an administrator.

   Please try again later!!

   Very good spot there. I have been using that same message for years now. At least it is something you can change yourself through the admin centre.
