Edit Image Macros
One of the useful features that WebCards offers you is the macro system of displaying images. The administrator can list which file extensions are valid and can define the HTML to display images based on their file extension.
This means that WebCards can literally support every file extension that can be displayed in a web browser. It also means that valid file formats can be added to the list with the minimum of effort. You can also use the same macro for multiple file formats.
The image below shows the main Edit Macro screen
The screenshot shows that 2 macros have been defined; one is a picture and the other is a Macromedia Flash file. To edit a macro simply click the edit icon
. To delete it click the red cross next to the macro you wish to delete.
Edit Macro
The edit macro screen is shown in the image above. The example shows the macro for a Picture. You can give a macro any name as it is only there for your reference.
You should list each file extension you wish to apply this macro to in the second box. You should separate each one with a comma and no space and do not put a leading dot.
You can edit the HTML to be displayed for this macro in the bottom box.
Click "Update Macro" to save your changes.
