New Language
The following image shows the new language page.
When you create a new language in WebCards you base the new language on a current language (usually English). You can then modify this new language.
Choose a language to base your new language on and then enter a name for the new language. There is currently no naming convention for languages but it makes more sense to give the language a name in its native language.
Click "Create Language" to create the files.
